Digital Product Terms
These terms govern business purchases of Halal-Ready Packaging — 2026 Edition from VECTAR OÜ.
1. Seller
VECTAR OÜ, registry code 17483161, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia (“VECTAR”, “we”). Contact: salah@vectar.me.
2. Business-only sale
The product is offered only to legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession. By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to bind the business named at checkout. It is not offered as a consumer purchase.
3. Product and compatibility
The product is an English-language, 74-page A4 PDF titled Halal-Ready Packaging — 2026 Edition, v1.3. It requires a current PDF reader. It includes seven chapters and four operational tools. The public companion page at halal.vectar.me provides selected links, printables and edition notices.
4. Price, tax and payment
The list price is €149, excluding VAT where applicable. The final amount and any tax collected are displayed in Stripe before payment. Payment is due in full by a method offered at checkout. The order is accepted when Stripe confirms successful payment.
5. Digital delivery
After confirmed payment, a download link is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering and maintaining a deliverable business email address. If delivery fails, contact us from the purchase address and include the Stripe payment reference.
6. Company license
VECTAR grants the purchasing legal entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store and use the PDF internally for its own business operations. Internal employees and contractors may use it only while working for that entity and subject to confidentiality. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly post, publish, distribute to clients or affiliates, remove rights notices, or use the file to create a competing publication or training product.
7. Intellectual property and updates
VECTAR retains all rights not expressly granted. Corrections or maintenance releases within the 2026 edition may be supplied at no additional charge through the original delivery route. We do not promise future editions, permanent hosting or a fixed update frequency.
8. Professional-use limitation
The guide is educational operational material, not legal advice, a halal certificate, regulatory approval or a guarantee of market access. Requirements vary by product, destination, importer and certification scope. You must validate decisions against current official sources and with the competent authority, importer and destination-recognized certification body.
9. Defects and refunds
Because access to the digital file is supplied after payment, completed B2B orders are not refundable for change of mind. This does not affect mandatory rights. If the delivered file is inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from the description, notify us promptly and within 14 days where practicable; we will first restore delivery or provide a conforming file and, if we cannot, refund the purchase price.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VECTAR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, rejected shipments, certification outcomes or decisions made without current destination-specific verification. VECTAR’s aggregate liability arising from the order is limited to the amount paid for the product. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Privacy
Personal data used for payment, delivery, accounting and support is handled as described in the sales privacy notice. Stripe processes checkout and payment data under its own notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction, without limiting any rule of mandatory law that applies regardless of this clause.
13. Entire agreement and contact
The checkout description, these terms and the privacy notice form the agreement for the digital product. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions: salah@vectar.me.
