Sales Privacy Notice

This notice explains how VECTAR OÜ handles personal data when a business buys or requests support for Halal-Ready Packaging.

1. Controller and contact

VECTAR OÜ, registry code 17483161, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller for the sales and delivery records described here. Contact: salah@vectar.me.

2. Data we process

• business contact details such as name, business email, company, billing address and tax identifier;
• transaction data such as amount, currency, payment status, Stripe customer or transaction reference and timestamps;
• delivery records such as email-send status, download-link issuance and technical failure logs;
• support communications and the information you include in them.

VECTAR does not receive or store full payment-card details; Stripe processes them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract: process the order, confirm payment, deliver the file and provide support.
• Legal obligation: keep accounting and tax records and respond to lawful requests.
• Legitimate interests: prevent fraud, secure the delivery system, diagnose failures and maintain a minimal internal sales record.
• Consent where required: send optional marketing messages. Transactional delivery and service notices are not marketing.

4. Service providers and recipients

Data is shared only as needed with Stripe for checkout and payment; VECTAR’s hosting provider and self-hosted automation service for delivery and protected logs; the contracted email provider for transactional messages; and Meta/WhatsApp for a restricted internal merchant sale notification. Professional advisers or authorities may receive data where necessary or legally required. VECTAR does not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard. Provider-specific details are available in their privacy documentation or on request.

6. Retention

Accounting and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. Operational delivery logs are kept only while reasonably needed for support, security and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is kept for the life of the issue and a reasonable follow-up period. Providers apply their own documented retention schedules.

7. Security

VECTAR uses access controls, encrypted transport, restricted server logs and limited service credentials. No online system is risk-free; if a breach is likely to create a legally reportable risk, affected persons and the competent authority will be notified as required.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Email salah@vectar.me. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority.

9. Cookies and the Stripe checkout

The pages on halal.vectar.me do not use first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Following a Stripe checkout link opens Stripe’s service, where Stripe’s own cookies and privacy notice apply.

10. Changes

This notice may be updated when the delivery stack or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
